Event Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to book your event date. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, but will be applied toward your final balance at the end of your event.
One reschedule is permitted per booking. To reschedule, please notify your Event Coordinator at least 2 weeks in advance of your original event date, and select a new date within 6 months of the original date. Final headcount is due one week prior to your event.
A $100 cleaning fee is automatically included in every booking. Any extensive damage or excessive mess beyond normal use will incur additional charges, to be assessed by Heaven's Scent Lavender Oasis staff following the event.
